I love the seed cycling pack. The packaging is good, the seal works perfectly which ensures that the seeds are air-tight. Quantity is good overall too. It’s been a month and I still have 2 days’ worth of seeds for the follicular phase. Have quite a bit left of the luteal phase too. I’m satisfied overall.
