I ordered the Balance Tea on a whim, I have no issues with my cycle but I was diagnosed with Endometriosis 2 years back for which I’m on treatment so thought I’d add this too, no harm!
I’ve only had in 3 nights in a row, and I can say for a fact this will be a staple in my routine now. I immediately feel relaxed and after months of trying to fix my bad sleep cycle, I now fall right asleep after a cup of this and wake up early, well rested and refreshed!
